To confirm your reservation, full pre-payment is required

After the point of payment received, your session time is reserved exclusively for you

Punctuality for your session is important

If you are late for your planned session start time,

this will be removed from your total time planned at the studio and the session will still finish at the originally expected time

In case of cancellation ahead of 48hrs before your booking starts, there will be a full refund

 

Re-scheduling is also possible free of charge up until 48hrs before your booking starts,

which you can carry out over the online booking system according to availability

Re-scheduling or cancellation within 48hrs of the start time of your booking incurs a charge of:

25€ for online bookings

50€ for in person bookings

short notice time re-scheduling requests

assuming this is possible from an availability perspective, I request in such cases for in-person sessions where I have already left to travel to the studio (2hrs ahead of meeting) before receiving your request to delay the start time of our session to a later hour a donation of 100€ on top of the session cost towards the inconvenience

same day date rescheduling requests
I withhold in such cases 50% of the booking charge as a cancellation fee for your planned session and forward the rest of your payment towards your new booking date

 

same day cancellations or no-shows

I withhold in such cases the full fee paid or, in the case of a package, one session will be marked as completed

Exceptions may be made based on particular circumstances

For bookings which include travel

all expenditure towards hotel and travel are non-refundable in the event of re-scheduling or cancellation at any point

For re-scheduled dates, new travel and accommodation arrangements may need to be booked at extra costs

The cut off point for re-scheduling a workshop including travel is 7 days prior to our meeting day

with 50% of the booking cost being withheld as a cancellation fee and 50% put towards the new booking date

 

For cancellations made within 7 days of travelling

I reserve the right to retain in that case the full fee towards the blocked time in my calendar

Exceptions may be made based on particular circumstances

In case of my own inability to honour a booking,

you will be fully refunded in all cases and / or given the opportunity to re-book free of charge
