Cancellation Policy
To confirm your reservation, full pre-payment is required Otherwise your preferred date and time will remain open to other bookings After the point of payment received, your session time is reserved exclusively for you please respect a 48hr cancellation policy Punctuality for your session is important - if you are late for your planned session start time, this will be removed from your total time planned at the studio and the session will still finish at the originally expected time If I am late for any reason, then the booking will be extended as needed In case of cancellation ahead of 48hrs before your booking starts, there will be a full refund Re-scheduling is also possible free of charge up until 48hrs before your booking starts, which you can carry out over the online booking system according to availability + In case of my own inability to honour a booking, you will be fully refunded in all cases and / or given the opportunity to re-book free of charge + For the full details of cancellation charges for changes made within 48hrs of meeting online or in-person at my studio, or 7 days for sessions involving flights, check here: www.snatch.land/cancellation-policy Please note that these conditions apply only to in studio sessions, for workshop bookings and travel appointments check with me my requirements
