on chasing freedom through solitude

Updated: Oct 14, 2025

What if the discomfort you feel in relationship is a doorway to liberation?

Isolation isn’t the same as freedom.

Aloneness can be sacred—

a sign of sovereignty and inner steadiness

But in excess, it can also mask deep-seated fears

of intimacy, of being seen, of losing control

True freedom is being able to stay with yourself even in the arms of another

To remain unhooked from old stories of abandonment, control, or not being enough

To breathe in closeness without collapsing, or gripping

To not need someone to fill you—but to let their presence stir your aliveness, not your fear

This is where love becomes the deepest liberation practice

When you can say: I am here. Whole. Unafraid. Open. Unattached.

Not needing you to complete me...

But welcoming you to meet me

🖤

This is the work

Not disconnecting

But staying fully connected—to self and other

And letting that be the most sacred freedom you’ve ever known
