Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 Oct 2026
SNATCH is the practice of Danni Lovefox ("I"), and this policy explains what personal information I collect, why, who sees it, how long I keep it, and the choices you have.
I work with couples, and what people share can be very personal.
I treat all of it as sensitive.
Data controller: Danielle Patten, working as Danni Lovefox and trading as SNATCH. Contact: info@snatch.land, or through the inquiry form on this website.
What I collect
I collect only what you choose to give me, plus the basic details needed to run the work.
Inquiry form: your names, where you are based, your email, an optional WhatsApp or Telegram number, your answers to the open questions, the format that interests you, and whether your partner knows you are getting in touch.
Calls and sessions: what you tell me, and the notes I take. Notes may be written by me or, with your agreement, produced with AI assistance (see "Calls, sessions and AI-assisted notes").
Billing: invoices and payment records. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by me.
Website: basic usage data and cookies, as described under 'Website, cookies'.
What you share may include information about your relationship, sexual life or health. That is sensitive information, and I only collect it when you offer it and for the purpose of the work. You never have to share more than you are comfortable with.
How I use it
I use your information only to reply to you, to deliver the work, and to meet my legal and accounting duties.
To answer your inquiry and suggest a next step
To prepare for and carry out calls, sessions and retreats
To invoice you and keep the records the law requires
To keep the website secure and working
I do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list without your separate agreement.
Website Enquiries and Form Submissions
Enquiries submitted through SNATCH's website forms are collected and stored using Wix, our website and form-hosting provider. This may include your contact details, relationship intentions and any other information you choose to share.
This information is accessible to Danni Lovefox through the secure Wix dashboard and is used to respond to enquiries, assess the suitability of services and arrange next steps. Wix processes and stores this information on our behalf in accordance with its applicable data processing terms.
Calls, Sessions and AI-assisted notes
Nothing is recorded or transcribed without the explicit agreement of everyone taking part, and I ask before each call or session where it would apply.
Some couples find an AI note-taker helpful on introductory calls or online sessions. It records the call to produce a transcript and summary. This is always optional, and saying no changes nothing about how I work with you.
Your choice: Either of you can decline, and either of you can ask me to stop at any point, including partway through a call.
The tools: Calls take place on Zoom, with data stored in the European Economic Area. Zoom states that it does not use call content to train AI models. If you agree to AI notes, Read AI (read.ai) joins the call and processes audio and text on its servers in Northern Virginia, USA, to produce a transcript and summary. Read AI takes part in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and does not use your content to train AI models.
What is kept: A written summary and, depending on the call, the transcript. Both are stored in Read AI’s system, and a link is sent to my email after the call.
Deletion: Notes and transcripts are deleted after one year, or sooner if you ask.
Who sees them: Only me. My supervisor does not see them; if I discuss your case in supervision, it is without names or identifying details.
In-person sessions and retreats: These are not recorded or transcribed.
If you change your mind later, write to me and I will delete what was produced from your sessions, unless the law requires me to keep it.
Who sees your information
By default, only I see what you share.
Supervision: I work in ongoing professional supervision. I discuss my work with my supervisor without names or identifying details, unless you specifically prefer I do not discuss your case.
Service providers: a small number of providers handle data on my behalf, under their own terms: Wix (website and forms), Google (Gmail), Zoom, Stripe, Paypal, Read AI.
International transfers: some providers are based outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where that applies, I rely on the safeguards the law provides, such as standard contractual clauses, or, for Read AI, its participation in the Data Privacy Framework.
I do not share your information with anyone else unless you ask me to or the law requires it.
Limits of confidentiality
When working with couples, I respect each person's privacy as well as the relationship they share. Information given to me individually is not automatically shared with the other partner. Where something may be important to the work together, I encourage open communication and support you in finding a way to bring it into the shared space, rather than disclosing it on your behalf.
Confidentiality is subject to the exceptions outlined below and to applicable data protection rights.
I keep what you share private, with a few narrow exceptions.
When confidentiality may need to be broken
There is a serious risk of harm to you, your partner or someone else.
A child or a vulnerable adult may be at risk.
The law requires disclosure, for example through a court order.
Where it is safe and lawful to do so, I will tell you before I share anything, and I will share only what is necessary.
My work is not a substitute for therapy or medical care, and I will tell you if I think you would be better served by either.
How long I keep it
I keep information only as long as I need it, and you can ask me to delete it earlier.
Inquiries that do not lead to work - 6 months, then deleted
Session notes - 1 year, then deleted
AI-assisted notes and transcripts - 1 year, then deleted
Invoices and payment records - or the period required by applicable tax law
Website data
As described in the cookie notice
If the law requires me to keep something longer, I will tell you what and why.
Your rights
You control your information, and you can use these rights at any time by writing to me.
See the information I hold about you.
Correct it, or ask me to delete it.
Ask me to limit how I use it, or object to a use.
Receive a copy in a portable format.
Withdraw your consent at any time, for example for AI-assisted notes. This does not affect what was done before.
I process your information on these grounds: your consent (for sensitive information you choose to share and for optional AI-assisted notes), the need to deliver the work you ask for, my legal duties such as tax records, and my legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.
You may complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live. I handle your information in line with applicable data protection law, including EU and UK law.
Website, cookies
This website is built on Wix, which uses essential cookies to work, and analytics cookies only if you accept them in the cookie banner. I use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings.
Messaging Apps
If you give me a WhatsApp or Telegram number, I will use it only to arrange logistics such as times and links. These apps are less private than email or a call, so please do not send sensitive details through them. I will reply by email or call for anything personal.
Contact and changes
For any privacy question or request, write to info@snatch.land and I will reply personally.
If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top
