DAY ONE
- we meet together for the first evening over dinner and get to know each other a little with a short meditation to connect to your wishes for the days ahead - creating a clear intention for you both as individuals as well as as a couple - feeling into your sacred dream for this life and how your partner can support you in it - commitments and forming a container for the work ahead suggested time planning for the first evening : 6pm until latest 10pm
DAY TWO
- starting with Tantra Yoga to open the body and prepare the system for the day ahead -moving into a heart opening massage given both ways - introducing the importance of nervous system tracking together as a couple and co-regulating in a specific asana LUNCH - afternoon free for integrating / exploring / beach / hiking / resting as prefered - evening session includes a joint exploration of the chakras as a ritual including couples asanas
DAY THREE
- meditation to support your partner to fly towards their sacred dream and purpose - a short tantric kriya yoga practice and couples stretches that open the body for connection and intimacy - tantra Massage basics LUNCH - afternoon free for integrating / exploring / beach / hiking / resting as preferred - evening ritual giving a 1hr tantric kashmiri massage to one partner - with or without my presence, support and guidance depending on your wish as a couple
DAY FOUR
- couples intimate meditation practice - relationship dymanics looking at power, punishment, permission between the two of you - option to use tools such as flogger and other toys to create a pleasurable way to move through such issues - deepening your tantric massage awareness, mastery and technique based on your experience last night LUNCH - afternoon free for integrating / exploring / beach / hiking / resting as preferred - evening ritual giving a 1hr tantric kashmiri massage to one partner - with or without my presence, support and guidance depending on your wish as a couple
DAY FIVE
- brunch meet to share, digest and integrate the retreat experience suggested time planning for the last day : 10am until midday then checkout
