We being our journey with a more detailed intake process featuring: - somatic meditation - intent setting - structured discussion as to what has brought you to this point in your journey - any other appropriate somatic exercises to assist with feeling into where you might like to go from here A longer intake session that allows to delve into your longings for the journey ahead and clarify what it is that you wish to change on the deepest of levels Finishing up with finalizing your intent ahead of: - our in-person immersion together or - an online container This session can also be booked as a way to feel into the work and decide if the immersion or container is for you, in which case the investment will be credited forward
