Service Description

For travel to you, accommodation in a private room and any travel costs would be at your kind invitation - payable in advance to confirm the booking + Suited for individuals - for couples pricing see relevant page Each day, we will undertake one session before a long lunch/dinner break and one after, as outlined below: DAY ONE session one minimum of 2hr lunch/dinner break (or longer depending on arrangement) session two DAY TWO session minimum of 2hr lunch/dinner break (or more depending on arrangement) session + Maximum total time together over four sessions : 10hrs Minimum total time to plan for each of the days, including lunch or dinner break / integration: 7hrs Please kindly note that the lunch / dinner time is considered as private time for us both to recharge and integrate and not as a shared experience

Cancellation Policy

To confirm your reservation, full pre-payment is required Otherwise your preferred date and time will remain open to other bookings After the point of payment received, your session time is reserved exclusively for you please respect a 48hr cancellation policy Punctuality for your session is important - if you are late for your planned session start time, this will be removed from your total time planned at the studio and the session will still finish at the originally expected time If I am late for any reason, then the booking will be extended as needed In case of cancellation ahead of 48hrs before your booking starts, there will be a full refund Re-scheduling is also possible free of charge up until 48hrs before your booking starts, which you can carry out over the online booking system according to availability + In case of my own inability to honour a booking, you will be fully refunded in all cases and / or given the opportunity to re-book free of charge + For the full details of cancellation charges for changes made within 48hrs of meeting online or in-person at my studio, or 7 days for sessions involving flights, check here: www.snatch.land/cancellation-policy Please note that these conditions apply only to in studio sessions, for workshop bookings and travel appointments check with me my requirements
